The Opportunity
Are you tired of the "mill" mentality? At KnoxPT, we believe that the best clinical outcomes happen when therapists have the time and resources to actually treat their patients. We are seeking a passionate, evidence-based Physical Therapist to join our Karns Location. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced diagnostic tools, focusing on one-on-one care and individualized treatment plans.
What You’ll Do
- Provide Elite Care: Perform comprehensive evaluations and provide one-on-one manual therapy and therapeutic exercise.
- Empower Patients: Educate patients on their conditions and provide them with the tools (and "freedom") to manage their recovery long-term.
- Collaborate: Participate in team meetings to discuss complex cases and share clinical pearls.
- Innovate: Utilize technology like Diagnostic Ultrasound and RunDNA to provide precise, data-driven treatments.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT preferred).
- Licensure: Current (or eligible) PT license in the State of Tennessee.
- Mindset: A commitment to "belongingness" and a desire to grow within a community-focused practice.
- Experience: While we value experience, we are happy to mentor high-energy new graduates who align with our mission.
Clinic Hours & Schedule
We value your time. This position follows our Karns location operating hours:
- Monday – Thursday: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm
- Friday: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
- Enjoy a consistent schedule with no weekend hours!
